Christy's Bar is aptly named after the founder of Blarney Woollen Mills, Christy Kelleher. A classic rural lounge bar serving lunch from 12pm-4pm & dinner service from 5pm-9pm daily. The subtle combination of candle light & chandeliers create a cosy, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. On our shelves we have a fine collection of Irish whiskeys to tempt you after dinner when you need a little extra to finish off your evening. On our walls we have dozens of pictures documenting the people and history of Blarney through the last century. As you enter the bar you will see a collection of maps showing Cork City from 1555 to 1873 which will show the growth of our fine city. Our covered and heated patio provides excellent option for smokers and non smokers to sit outside and enjoy the wonderful surroundings the Woollen Mills has to offer. A visit to Christy's Bar is not complete without a pint of stout and a bowl of our Blarney beef stew. Cork is a very successful sporting County, something we are not afraid to tell you about and to enjoy our sporting exploits we have three televisions to watch all sports from championship GAA and premiership soccer to rugby and golf.
